European Criminal Bar Association is organizing on 2-3 October 2015 in Luxembourg, the Autumn 2015 Conference which will address the following topics: “Criminal Justice: European Court of Justice – Present and Future” and “Criminal Justice: European legislation and its implementation – the Luxembourg Presidency. ”

Lawyer Mihai Mareș, Managing Partner at Mareș / Danilescu / Mareș, member of European Criminal Bar Association, is the only Romanian lawyer who is participating at the Autumn 2015 Conference.
