The Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) has published on Wednesday, 5 August 2015, an announcement on the launching, by ESMA, of a public debate of the draft regulatory technical standards on European long-term investments funds (ELTIF) in accordance with Regulation no. 2015/760 of the European Parliament and the Council (referred to as Regulation ELTIF).

Responses to the public consultation must be submitted with ESMA by 14 October 2015 using this link.
