The Ministry of Health has launched in public debate on Thursday, 4^th June 2015, the draft of the Order regarding the amendment and completion of the Order no. 3/1/2015 regarding the type of the contract, the methodology of negotiation, the conclusion and monitoring of the deployment and performance of the cost-volume / cost-volume-result contracts.
