The Competition Council has launched an on-line platform to enable any person who has information about potential infringements of competition regulations to inform the Competition Council as regards their existence.
Practically, any person who has information about the existence of an alleged anticompetitive practice may send a message to the Competition Council through a secured on-line platform, which preserves the anonymity of the informer.
In this respect, no identification details are requested (the identity of the informer being unknown even to the Competition Council) and the correspondence between the informers and the Competition Council is encrypted and accessible only by providing a password set by the informer.
