Bondoc si Asociatii Promotes New Partner

Starting from January 1st 2015, Simona Petrisor was promoted as Partner with Bondoc si Asociatii SCA, one of the most active business law firms in the market.

Referring to the firm’s decision to expand its partnership, Lucian Bondoc, Managing Partner, highlighted that, “Simona Petrisor is an excellent professional, and her promotion as Partner represents a natural recognition of her qualities and experience, as well as of her results. Simona graduated the Law School of Bucharest University and the Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d’Etudes Européennes in 2003, while in 2004 she obtained also a master degree in business law at the  Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, France. Major projects coordinated recently by Simona include: assistance provided in connection with the financing of the development or the acquisition of important wind power projects inRomania; assistance provided to lenders in relation to two LBO-type financings extended in the IT and electrical equipment industries; assistance provided to buyers in relation to the funding of the acquisition of factories in the construction materials and food industries from companies undergoing insolvency. Simona also provided legal assistance to one of the main banks of Romania in relation to the takeover of another bank’s retail portfolio and to its participation in other similar procedures, frequently assisting also investment companies and their managers in connection with capital markets-related aspects.
