In the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no.671 of 12th September 2014, it has been published the Order of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change no.  1550/2014 on modifying the Grant Guide of the Program of stimulating the renewal of the National Auto Park, approved through the Order of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change no.  364/2014.

Mainly, the article 15 paragraph(2) of the Guide is amended, by extending the deadline until the accepted owners can solicit the registration to one of the validated producers who concluded an agreement of non-refundable grants with the Authority, respectively as of 30th September until 31st  October of the year during which the program is in progress.

Also, the provisions regarding the definition of the accepted owner, the conditions for granting the scrapping premium, the distribution of the allotted units, the registration and acceptance to the program, are amended as well.
