New Partner and Transfer Pricing leader at EY Tax Romania

Adrian Rus was promoted to Partner at EY Romania. He has over 12 years of experience in tax consultancy, advising and working with multinational companies on various international tax and transfer pricing assignments.

Adrian is one of Romania’s leading transfer pricing specialists and has consulted on complex transfer pricing cases, including drafting and reviewing transfer pricing procedures for companies and transfer pricing controversy management.

As transfer pricing becomes a top tax priority for the Romanian authorities, it is important to build, manage, document, review and defend the most appropriate transfer pricing policies and processes for companies, and aligning these with their business strategies, ” Adrian said.
