Ministry of Health launched in a public debate, Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014, the draft Order on amending and supplementing the Ministry of Health’s Order no.1512 / 2013 approving the Methodological Norms regarding the collection, storage and transport of biological samples used as judicial probation by establishing the blood alcohol or the presence in the body of substances or narcotic products or drugs with similar effects in case of persons involved in the events or circumstances relating to road traffic.
