In the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 590 dated August 7, 2014 was published Order of the Minister of Internal Affairs no. 121/2014 approving the Regulation of the accommodation centers for foreigners in detention.
Regulation establishes:
– how to organize the access to foreigners taken into public custody in centers, in accordance with Art. 99 para. (13) of the Emergency Ordinance no. 194/2002 on aliens in Romania;
– rules of internal order in centers;
– the organization of the guards of the centers;
– the organization of supervising and escorting aliens taken into public custody during travel outside the centers.
