Financial Supervision Authority released Tuesday, March 25, 2014, a notice of the advisory material Discussion Paper – Draft Technical Standards for the Regulation on improving securities settlement in the European Union and on central securities depositories (CSD), launched in public debate by the European Authority for Securities and Markets (ESMA).
ESMA invites all interested parts to submit comments on aspects of the document and, in particular, on specific questions in Annex IV, until May 22, 2014.
