The Ministry of Justice has launched in public debate on Tuesday, 11^th March 2014, the draft resolution on the amendment and addition to Government Decision no. 32/2011 on nominating the National Office of Criminality Prevention and Cooperation for Recovering Receivables derived from Infractions within the Minister of Justice, acting as national office for recovering receivables in the field of prosecution and identification of the assets derived from committing infractions or of other assets related to infractions, as well as to the Methodological Norms for applying the Government Ordinance no. 14/2007 for regulating the method and the conditions of realization of assets, according to the Law, in the state’s private property, approved through Government Ordinance no. 731/2007, republished.
