Changing the G.E.O. on consumer protection during the conclusion of contracts regarding the usage right of accomodation spaces | Project

The National Authority for Consumer Protection has launched a public debate on Friday, February 28th, 2014, the draft law amending the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 14/2011 on consumer protection during the conclusion and execution of contracts for the acquisition of  a usage right, for a determined period, of one or several accommodation spaces, for long term contracts regarding the acquisition of benefits from holiday products, for resale contracts, as well as for exchange contracts.
