The fees charged by the State Treasury for customer services

The Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 159 dated March 5, 2014 was published the Minister Delegate for the Budget no. 319/2014 on determining the level of fees charged by the State Treasury for customer services.

According to the law, the State Treasury charge fees for payment transactions handled by securities settlement systems for low-value and high-value payments in relation to credit and other services provided at the request of the holders of the following interest-bearing accounts:

– Account 50.25 “Available public institutions of central government fully financed from own revenues”;

– Account 50.28 “Available public institutions of local government fully financed from own revenues”;

– Account 50.47.11 “Available for the pre-funding for projects financed from external funds post-accession”;

– Account  50.47.09 “Available for projects financed from external funds post-accession”;

– Account 50.69 “Available economic operators;

– Account 53.01.01.MMMMMM “Available from amounts representing the performance guarantee”;

– Account 50.98 “Available economic operators and non-profit organizations for projects financed from external funds post-accession”.

For payment transactions arranged above accounts which lies fees are fees paid by the Treasury and the National Bank of Romania shall be established by regulations of the National Bank of Romania and system rules applicable to participants in the electronic payment system.

For issuing account statements for each account holder is charged a monthly fee of 5.00 lei.
