The Ministry of Public Finances released for public debate, on Monday, February 10th, 2014 the draft law for strengthening the financial discipline on receipts and payments transactions in cash, for amending and supplementing the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 193/2002 on the introduction of modern payment systems, approved with amendments and completions by Law no. 250/2003, with further amendments.
