Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Part I, No 41 / 17 January 2014 has published Order No 2.502 of the Minister of the Economy, supplementing and amending the manner in which the de minimis aid provided under the Annexes to Orders No 1.862 / 13 June 2008, No 480 / 2008, No 478 / 20 February 2008 and No 1.338 / 15 July 2010 should be administered and accessed.
Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Part I, No 46 / 20 January 2014 has published Order No 2.499 of the Minister of the Economy approving of the transparent de minimis aid scheme relating to loans bearing partially subsidized interest, as part and parcel of carrying out JEREMIE initiative in Romania.
According to the aforesaid scheme, the total maximum amount to be allocated is estimated to stand at EUR 75 million in 2014 and EUR 75 million in 2015.
The scheme becomes applicable from the date of its publication in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Part I, until 30 June 2014.
