In the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 40 of January 17th, 2014 was  published the Minister of Public Finance`s Oder no. 41/2014 regulating the procedure for reporting financial and economic indicators by economic operators with capital / assets wholly or majority owned directly or indirectly by central or local public authorities, as well as the procedure for data transmission in order to draw the Annual report, in accordance with art. 58 of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 109/2011 on corporate governance of public enterprises.

The enactment applies to economic operators, autonomous administration and state-owned companies or set up by administrative-territorial units, as well as to national institutes for research and development, other than the ones serving as public institutions.

The above mentioned operators are required a periodic transmission of economic and financial indicators.

Data transmission is done exclusively by using form S1001 and the portal services of guvernare.ro. The S1001 form is signed by electronic signature.
