Self defense courses for the magistrates and justice listeners: The National Institute of Magistracy has announced that the Sports Association of Prosecutors in Romania organizes self defense courses for beginners, designed exclusively for magistrates and justice listeners. The courses aim learning some simple self defense techniques by the participants. The learners will study how to identify more easily the dangerous situations, how to avoid the physical attacks and how to get rid of an abuser. * * * The service PublicJob it was launched: The National Portal has announced on Friday, the 2nd of March 2012 the launching of the PublicJob service. PublicJob is the first portal which includes all the announcements on vacancies in the public area in Romania. Popou and Associates and Popovici Nitu and Associates TAX SRL  groups 85 lawyers and tax advisers. * * * Electronic voting system for the elections of the Bar in Ilfov: The National Union of Bars in Romania gave to the media the description of the electronic voting system which can be used in the General Assembly of elections of the Bar in Ilfov, including the instructions on how to use this voting system. * * * Regulations regarding the professional preparation of the tax advisers: The Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 143 dated the 2^nd March 2012 published the Ordinance of the Superior Council of the Chamber of Tax Advisers no. 4/2012 for changing the article 13 of the Rules regarding the professional continuous preparation of tax advisers, approved by the Ordinance of the Chamber of Tax Advisers no. 7/2007. The Ordinance of the Chamber of Tax Advisers states that the members of the Chamber, who graduated in a year courses organized by the Ministry of Finances, by the professional associations or by the societies in the country, on the basis of agreements concluded by the Chamber of the Tax Advisers with these, may request the inclusion of the number of hours made in the professional preparation stipulated by the rules. * * * It was approved the Statute of the National House of Pensions and Other Social Insurance Rights: On Tuesday, the 6^th of March 2012, the Government approved, by an Ordinance, the Statute of the National House of Pensions and Other Social Insurance Rights. According to the spokesman of the Government, the regulatory is in line with the provisions of the Law 263/2010 regarding the unitary system of public pensions.  * * * The issue procedure, in computerized form, of the certificate for the space used as a head office: The Official Gazette, part I, no. 148 dated the 6^th of March 2012 published the Order of the Minister of Justice and of the National Agency for Fiscal Administration no. 492/205/2012 for approving the Procedure of requesting and issuing, in computerized form, of the certificate on the registration of the document which attests the right of use for the space as a head office and of the certificate for the space used as a head office. The procedure applies to commercial societies which have the obligation to register, at the registration and at changing the head office, the document attesting the right of use for the space as a head office and to get the certificate for the space as a head office. * * * Changes on the fusion and the division of the firms: The Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 143 dated the 2^nd March 2012 published the Emergency Ordinance of the Government no. 2/2012 for changing and completing the Law no. 31/1990 concerning the firms. The new Emergency Ordinance modifies the Law31/1990 regarding the firms, for shortening the formalities that apply to fusion and division operations easing the publicity requests in case of these operations, in accordance with the request imposed by a series of Europeans directives. * * * The NIM organized a seminary for the new regulations in the matter of disciplinary liability for magistrates: The National Institute of Magistracy has announced that from the 6^th to the 7^th of March 2012 organized at Bucharest the conference “New regulations in the matter of disciplinary liability for magistrates”
