Love and laws of lege lata have something wild, meaning uncontrollable, irrational. Same as love, law has its own destiny, out of control. After it starts love is seeking its way like a mountain creek among the slopes to the seaside shore, to calmness. Until then, love is full of surprises. The same for the new Civil Code. It lives its own life, different from the one that the authors gave to it. Now the authors of the new Civil Code try to interpret it, to make a doctrine on its basis, to provide us its teleological interpretation, to tell us its settlement’s purpose. But the logical and the systematical interpretation hold their own position, they are not giving up. The law is full of surprises. We are afraid of surprises, they are beautiful, but, sometimes are scary. That is what I wish for you too.
