Ţuca Zbârcea & Associates announces the launch of the 2012 edition of the guide dedicated to labor law „Employment Guidebook”, published and distributed for free, exclusively on digital support, to all interested in the main regulations in labor law.

„Employment Guidebook” is edited in English by a team of lawyers specialized in labor law from Ţuca Zbârcea & Associates under the coordination of Şerban Pâslaru, associate attorney and Mihai Anghel, senior attorney.

The work represents a preliminary display over the law and the principles that regulate work relations, the signing and repealing of individual work contracts, the implementations of collective dismissal programs, the signing and negotiation of collective work contracts, aspects regarding work conflicts and the transfer of business.
