Adservio, the EdTech management platform, has received a EUR 2 million funding from the venture capital fund Catalyst România, with legal assistance from a DLA Piper Romania cross-practice team of lawyers. The investment will help Adservio’s scaling and expansion into international markets, the growth of international partners portfolio, the development of new functionalities and the integration of blockchain technology.
A well-established and trusted adviser in the venture capital market, DLA Piper assisted the Romanian EdTech platform with a senior lean team of lawyers, including Ana Maria Andronic (Counsel, Head of Intellectual Property and Technology), Cristina Bucur (Counsel, Corporate M&A) and Bogdan Buta (Senior Associate, Corporate M&A), advising on all aspects of the financing documentation.
