Between the abolition of the public procurement and the AEpA

I’m an outsider in the public procurement field. In this quality I’m throwing a stone in the water. Two ideas:

  1. The public procurement should be abated. Isn’t normal to be so many blocks and clear criteria in the distribution process of the money collected from taxes and fees to the business people… This is why we have litigations…
  2. It is clear that the economic entities are a public utility. This is why they are allowed by the Estate… So that the Association for Excellence in Public Administration should be extended to private procurement too. Who wants to buy something to do it in an organized frame, disciplined, through the AEpA, with little “p”: the Electronic System of private Procurements.

In these two ideas the experts chose the middle way.
