The Court of Appeal from Bacau admitted on Monday, the 10th of September, the bill stated by Passavant Roediger GmbH represented by the lawyer Țuca Zbârcea & Associates regarding the result of the public procurement procedure organized for the attribution of the work contract for the extension and the modernization of the cleaning station of Roman, whose amount is over 11 million euro.
The favorable solution got by Țuca Zbârcea & Associates is invalidating the decision of the National Council for Solving Complaints (NCSC) through which the attribution of the work contract to Passavant Roediger was abated, the next step being the sign of the contract between Apa Serv S.A. Neamt and the German company.
The decision of the Court of Appeal from Bacau is indefeasible.
