LC LegalProof assisted the shareholders of Innobyte Solutions, a Romanian software development company specialized in eCommerce solutions, in connection with the sale of their shares to Life is Hard, the first Romanian software company listed on the AeRo market with the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The transaction entails a rather innovative payment mechanism, whereby the sellers, former shareholders of Innobyte Solutions will receive shares in the purchaser company, Life is Hard, by way of several subsequent operations.
The project was managed by the firm’s mergers and acquisitions team coordinated by Alexandru Lefter.
