RADU ȘI ASOCIAȚII SPRL assisted Visionapartments, the leader of the Swiss market of renting out serviced apartments, in relation to the acquisition of Majestic Hotel in Bucharest. The buyer is a Swiss company, with global presence, which offers tailored temporary renting solutions in over 850 premium apartments, fully furnished and equipped, located in the most exquisite locations around the world.
The acquired property is a symbolic hotel of Bucharest, located on Calea Victoriei, which features 111 rooms, 450 sqm event space, as well as numerous additional facilities (e.g., gym, a SPA area with a heated pool, bar, a restaurant, business center).

They provided legal assistance to the buyer from the beginning of the transaction on all legal related aspects, including the structuring of the transaction and the negotiation of all relevant documentation.
