The Law on the organization and functioning of the Romanian Police has been republished.

In the Official Monitor no. 170 of March 2, 2020, the Law no. 218/2002 regarding the organization and functioning of the Romanian Police has been republished.

The law is republished for the second time and is updated according to the modifications operated by Law no. 40/2015 for the modification of par. (1) in art. 8 of Law no. 218/2002 regarding the organization and functioning of the Romanian Police, Law no. 107/2015 for the modification and completion of art. 17 of Law no. 218/2002 regarding the organization and functioning of the Romanian Police, Law no. 49/2018 regarding the precursors of explosives, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts, Law no. 12/2020 for the modification of art. 17 paragraph (2) of Law no. 218/2002 regarding the organization and functioning of the Romanian Police and Law no. 192/2019 for the modification and completion of normative acts in the field of public order and safety. Modifications regarding the updating and management of the National Register of Professional Qualifications. 

In the Official Monitor no. 174 of March 3, 2020, Order no. 3201/543/2019 for the modification of the Methodology of elaboration, update and management of the National Register of professional qualifications in Romania, approved by the Order of the Minister of National Education and of the Minister of Labor and Social Justice no. 3177/660/2019 has been published. Changes related to occupational safety and health. 

In the Official Monitor no. 178 of March 4, 2020, the Decision no. 157/2020 for the modification of the Government Decision no. 1.218 / 2006 on establishing the minimum requirements for safety and health at work in order to ensure the protection of workers against the risks related to the presence of chemical agents, as well as to amend and supplement Government Decision no. 1.093 / 2006 regarding the establishment of minimum health and safety requirements for the protection of workers against the risks related to exposure to carcinogens or mutagens in the workplace has been published.

The decision transposes Directive (EU) 2017 / 2,398 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2017 amending Directive 2004/37 / EC on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens or mutagens in the workplace. [source]
