In the Official Monitor no. 178 of March 4, 2020, the Decision no. 157/2020 for the modification of the Government Decision no. 1.218 / 2006 on establishing the minimum requirements for safety and health at work in order to ensure the protection of workers against the risks related to the presence of chemical agents, as well as to amend and supplement Government Decision no. 1.093 / 2006 regarding the establishment of minimum health and safety requirements for the protection of workers against the risks related to exposure to carcinogens or mutagens in the workplace has been published.
The decision transposes Directive (EU) 2017 / 2,398 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2017 amending Directive 2004/37 / EC on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens or mutagens in the workplace. [source]
