An integrated team of consultants specialized in tax and legal services of D&B David și Baias and PwC Romania assisted the OncoCard associates in the process of selling the private hospital for oncology diagnosis and treatment in Brasov to MedLife.

The transaction was signed in November and will be finalized in 2020, after receiving the Competition Council’sapproval.
