BIRIȘ GORAN successfully represented its client, InteRo Property Development Estates SRL, in the sale of a plot of land to Skanska.
The plot of land of approximately 26,200 square meters is located in Bucureștii Noi (Northern Bucharest), and will be used to develop a new office building complex, right next to Jiului subway station.
The office building complex that Skanska will develop in Bucureștii Noi area consists of three buildings which will be designed and built based on the „futureproof workplaces” concept, implemented by the company at a regional level.
On the adjoining land of approximately 26,000 square meters, InteRo Property Development will complete the complex developed by Skanska with four other buildings.
