PNSA has successfully represented a financial institution in a criminal investigation conducted by the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) Cluj Office for abuse of office, forgery and use of forgery deriving from the acceleration of a loan, the enforcement of the collaterals and bankruptcy of the borrower.
