Administrative Code of Romania. In the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 555 of 5 July 2019 the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code has been published.

The long-awaited Administrative Code regulates the general framework for the organization and functioning of public administration authorities and institutions, the status of their staff, administrative liability, public services, and some specific rules on public and private property of the state and of the administrative-territorial units. Law no. 127/2019 on the public pension system. In the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 563 of 9 July 2019 was published Law no. 127/2019 on the public pension system. Among the principles of the public pension system we note the principle of inalienability, according to which the right to retirement can not be totally or partially transferred. [source]

GO on regulating fiscal and budgetary measures. Draft. On Thursday, July 11, 2019, the Ministry of Public Finance launched in public debate the draft of the Government Ordinance on regulating fiscal-budgetary measures. [source]

Romania prepares national strategy to combat anti-Semitism, xenophobia, radicalization and hate speech. In the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 553 of July 5, 2019 was published the Prime-Minister’s Decision no. 138/2019 on the establishment of the Interministerial Committee to Combat Antisemitism, Xenophobia, Radicalization and Hate Speech.

The Inter-ministerial Committee was set up in the light of the EU Council Declaration on Combating Anti-Semitism and the development of a common approach in matter of security in order to better protect the Jewish communities and institutions in Europe. [source]
