Dan Nica, the minister of Communications and Informational Society has made a public statement declaring that the pilot project e-invoice shall be implemented. It will benefit the companies that will fill out Tax refunds forms online. The Ministry of Communications will work with the Ministry of Finance and ANAF in order to have the best outcome on this project. Dan Nica says that it is a pilot project that could involve up to 100,000 participant companies. I have not yet decided their number because we have not established the specific tasks for the auction. If we shall observe the success of the project through the company’s involvement we would very much like to develop it on a larger scale. We designed this project to facilitate the process of tax refund to the companies. This form can easily be completed online; therefore there is no need to hire a consultant.
