On Friday, the 25th of May 2012, at the Superior Council of Magistracy, the judge Alina Nicoleta Ghica, the SCM’s president, the lawyer Gheorghe Florea, the president of the National Association of the Romanian Bars, the judge Ana Maria Garofil, the assistant director of the National Institute of Magistracy, the notary Victor Manescu, the president of the National Union of Public Notaries from Romania and the judge Adrian Neacsu, member of the SCM, as charter members, signed the set up documents for the Foundation “The Romanian Institute of Legal Information”, the institutional follower of the program “Jurindex”, concerning the publication of the court decisions. The foundation has in mind to support, to develop and to promote the free access to the public legal information.
