We have a new minister of Justice, dr. Titus Corlatean, one of the most serious and appreciated of the right practitioner who deals with politics. The top of the Justice is bright. What is in the water? Will be the Romanians more gentle? What will do the new minister? What will he change? When will enter into force the new civil procedure Code? What about the criminal codes?  When will be free the Official Gazette of Romania, like JOUE? Who and how will be the bosses of the General Prosecutor Office and the National Anticorruption Directorate? Who will govern the Justice harder, the Ministry of Justice or the Superior Council of Magistracy? Will be more money for the Justice and for the magistrates? Will be mandatory the reconciliation through mediation? What untold questions will receive an answer?
