Bucharest, 28 June 2018. While naturally different, their stories have a lot in common, as these leaders are shining examples of Deloitte’s values: passion for profession, outstanding dedication to clients, a drive to build business and a genuine, uncompromising care for colleagues”, said Alexandru Reff, country managing partner Deloitte Romania. “Their accession to partnership is testimony to the fact that Deloitte offers exceptional careers in which professionals who act consistently with an ownership mind-set may become co-owners in the Firm.”
“At Deloitte, we are committed to diversity in general and to gender equality in particular, not because it is politically correct but because it delivers superior business effectiveness. I believe leadership will be relying increasingly on the feminine consciousness and values such as cooperation, empathy and care for others. Most new partners admitted or hired this year are ladies, which puts us at parity in some businesses and fairly close to it overall in the Romanian partner group,” added Reff.
Dan Badin, Deloitte Romania Tax& Legal Partner-in-charge said: “The regional admission of three partners in the Tax & Legal practice confirms once again our commitment to promote the professionals passionate about our business. The new partners have constantly proven their extraordinary contribution to the business and I am glad that they will be able to guide other on this path in their new capacities. At this time, due to the recent promotions, in the Tax & Legal function the partnership roles are equally distributed between women and men.”
