Methodological norms regarding residency financing in penitentiary administration system. On Friday, the 4th of May 2018, the Ministry of Justice launched into public debate a draft Order approving the methodological norms enforcing the provisions of art. 131 from Government Ordinance no. 18/2009 regarding the organising and financing of residency in the penitentiary administration system. Law regarding weapons and ammunition regime. On Friday, the 4th of May 2018, the Ministry of  Internal Affairs launched into public debate a bill amending and supplementing Law no. 295/2004 regarding the regime of weapons and ammunition, as well as Law no. 286/2009. [source]
