On Monday, the 15th of January 2018, the Ministry of Justice launched into public debate the draft of the Minister of Justice’s Order regarding the methodology for organising and operating the control and evaluation of the probation system’s activity. On Monday, the15th of January 2018, the Ministry of Regional Development, Public Administration and European Funds launched in public debate the bill regarding the authorisation of the performance of the works of construction and demolition of buildings. The Competition Council. Fines on the market of the security guard services. On Thursday, the 18th of January 2018, the Competition Council informed that it had fined 33 companies and 4 associations approx. 5 mil. euros for the fixing of the minimum price, namely facilitating the fixing of the minimum price on the guard services market, according to a press release. In addition to the sanctions applied, the competition authority made a number of proposals and recommendations to the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police, the Territorial Labour Inspectorate and the National Agency for Fiscal Administration, depending on their competencies and attributions.
