On Wednesday, 7th of December 2017, the Ministry of Health has launched in public debate a draft of Government Decision for the approval of the methodological norms regarding the organization, operation and financing of the community healthcare. [source]

On Wednesday, 6th of December 2017, the National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority informed that in November 2017 it conducted 8884 controls in areas such as milling products, bread, confectionery, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, but also food storage, seeds, vegetables and fruits, according to a press release.
As a result of the irregularities found, 103 fines and 115 warnings totaling 148,000 lei were given. [ source]

On Wednesday, 6th of December, 2017, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has launched in public debate a draft law amending and completing the Law no. 105/2012 on the secondment of national experts to the institutions and bodies of the European Union and on the regulation of Romania’s participation in civilian crisis management missions under the auspices of the European Union’s Security and Defense Policy. Amendment of the Government Ordinance regarding the social integration of foreigners. Draft.
On Monday, 4th of December, 2017, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has launched in public debate a draft law amending and supplementing the Government Ordinance no. 44/2004 on the social integration of foreigners who have acquired international protection or a right of residence in Romania, as well as citizens of the Member States of the European Union and the European Economic Area. The Government adopted a Government Emergency Ordinance regarding the unemployment insurance system
On Wednesday, 6th of December, 2017, the Government approved a draft of Government Emergency Ordinance amending and supplementing Law no. 76/2002 on the unemployment insurance system and the stimulation of employment, amending Law no. 200/2006 on the establishment and use of the Guarantee Fund for the payment of salary claims, according to a press statement issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Justice.
The government-approved document redefines the terms “contribution stage” and “insured” and introduces new kind of persons in the category of mandatory insured persons, by effect of the law, in the unemployment insurance system.
The normative act regulates some exceptions from the categories of persons insured by effect of the law in the unemployment insurance system. [source]
