Amending of forms regarding taxes and excises. On Monday, the 27th of November 2017, the National Agency of Fiscal Administration launched into public debate the draft Order amending and completing the president’s Order no. 3386/2016 approving the template and contents of 101 `Declaration for profit taxes` and 120 `Excise expense account` forms. Public-private partnership law amended. On Monday, the 27th of November 2017, the Ministry of Public Finances launched into public debate an emergency draft Order amending and completing Law no. 233/2016 regarding the public-private partnership. [source]

Government Ordinance regarding reduction of excise on fuel used in agriculture. On Tuesday, the 28th of November 2017, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development launched into public debate the draft amending art. 10 (4) of Government Decision no. 1174/2014 regarding a state help scheme reducing the excise on fuel used in agriculture. Gross minimum wage increase. On Wednesday, the 29th of November 2017, the Romanian Government approved the decision regarding the increase on the gross minimum wage to 1900 lei, for full-time employees, 166 hours average per month, starting with the 1st of January 2018. [source]

Government Emergency Ordinance regarding administration of public sanitary units of local and country interest. On Wednesday, the 29th of November 2017, the Romanian Government adopted a Government Emergency Ordinance amending GEO no. 70/2002 regarding administration of public sanitary units of local and country interest.
