On Monday, the 20th of November 2017, the Ministry of Health launched into public debate the draft Order amending Annex no. 1 to the Minister’s Order no. 637/2492/50/2012 regarding the approval of members in the National Committee for biocide products and their statute. On Tuesday, the 21st of November 2017, the Ministry of Health launched into public debate the draft Order regarding the registration of manufacturers, importers, and distributors of active substances used in raw materials for human-intended medicine. Order regarding online access to information in fiscal file repealed. On Friday, the 24th of November 2017, the National Agency for Fiscal Administration launched into public debate the draft amending Annex no. 6 to Order no. 230/2013 approving the procedure for online access to information found in the fiscal file, available to tax payers on NAFA’s website. Law amending provisions for fiscal record approved. On Thursday, the 23rd of November 2017, the Ministry of Public Finances launched into public debate the bill amending and completing Government Ordinance no. 39/2015 regarding the fiscal record. [source]
