Amendment of annex regarding the activity of the Ministry of Transport. Draft.

On Monday, the 16th of October 2017, the Ministry of Transportation launched in public debate a draft of Government Decision for the amendment of Annex no. 2 of the Government Decision no. 21/2015 regarding the organising and functioning of the Ministry of Transportation. [Source]

 

The National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration. Statistical data regarding the sale of real estate in the first nine months of 2017

On Wednesday, the 18th of October 2017, the National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration informed that, in the first nine months of 2017, there have been registered, at a national level, 451072 sales, according to a press release.

At the same time, in September 2017, the number of immovables sold was 57778, the majority of the sales being recorded in Bucharest.

The number of mortgages at national level during January- September 2017 was 181047, the majority being recorded in Bucharest (5317 in Bucharest). [Source]

Amendment of norms regarding the accounting regulations in line with the European directives applicable to private pension system.

On Wednesday, the 18th of October 2017, the Financial Supervisory Authority launched in public debate a draft of norm for completing the Norm of the Financial Supervisory Authority no.14/2015 regarding the accounting regulations in line with the European directives applicable to the private pension system, as subsequently amended and supplemented. Bucharest Stock Exchange. Romania is on the top of growth in Europe as equities turnover goes up by over 30% in the first nine months

On Thursday, the 19th of October 19, 2017, investors increased their trading activity in Eastern Europe, attracted by double-digit earnings reported by important stock exchanges, with over EUR 1 billion in turnover for equities, how is the case of Poland and Romania, according to a BSE statement.

Stock exchanges from Warsaw and Bucharest led growth in Europe as equities turnover went up by over 30 percent after the first nine months this year, according to an analysis carried out by PARKIET, a prestigious Polish daily financial newspaper dedicated to investors, based on the Federation of European Securities Exchanges (EFSE) data.
