Competition Council. Study regarding the competition in the field of rail passenger transport

Although in terms of the degree of liberalisation of the national rail passenger market, Romania, with 20% private capital, is part of the European trend, the competition in the rail passenger transport market manifests itself only in certain routes characterised by the simultaneous presence of state and private operators.
