NAFA. Catalogue for services delivered to tax payers

On Friday, the 31st of March 2017, the National Agency for Fiscal Administration announced that the Catalogue for services delivered tax payers was published; this document aids the handling of fiscal legislation in the area of taxes, and the communication of several administrative documents.

The catalogue for services delivered to tax payers is a document created within the “Improvement of activity processes of the National Agency of Fiscal Administration” project.

 

Emergency Ordinance no. 27/2017 for the enactment of fiscal and budgetary measures

On Monday, the 3rd of April 2017, the Emergency Ordinance no. 27/2017 for the enactment of fiscal and budgetary measures was published in the Official Journal of Romania, part I, no. 228.

Starting with the publication date, territorial-administrative units or subunits can request the Ministry of Public Finances, including development associations for intercommunity development, during the year 2017, loans originating from privatization proceeds, registered in the general running account of the National Treasury, with a limit of 500.000 thousands of lei, for providing pre-financing and/or co-financing of projects financed during the period of 2014 – 2020 from external funds, including ineligible expenditure associated with said projects.

There are several conditions to be satisfied in order to receive said loan.

The reimbursement of these loans must be made in equal quarterly tranches, starting with the first quarterly following the grant. The interest is calculated monthly by applying the interest rate on the loan balance, starting with the month of grant, and is to be paid quarterly, to the amount cumulated to date.

 

Law regarding the changing of art. 52 (1) from the Law of vineyards and wine in the system of the common organisation of the viticulture market

On Monday, the 3rd of April 2017, Law 41/2017 regarding the changing of art. 52 (1) from the Law of vineyards and wine in the system of the common organisation of the viticulture market no. 164/2015 was published in the Official Journal of Romania, part I, no. 226.

 

NAFA collected 50.4 billion lei in the first quarter of 2017

On Monday, the 3rd of April 2017, the National Agency of Fiscal Administrations announced that the total budget revenue respective to the first quarter of 2017 was 50.423.1 billion lei, i.e. 1,3% more than last year for the same period.

On Monday, the 3rd of April 2017, the Ministry of Economy launched into public debate the project for the amending of the Government Decision no. 1094/2009 regarding the market entry conditions for aerosol generators.

Eurostat Study: Romania has the largest number of vineyards in Europe

On Tuesday, the 4th of April 2017, Romania’s Representation at the European Commission notified that Romania has the largest number of vineyards in Europe, with no less than 855.000 individual areas registered, according to Eurostat data. This accounts for 36% of the total of European vineyards.

 

Approval of aid scheme – “Aid for the implementation of actions regarding to the local development strategy”

On Thursday, the 6th of April 2017, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development launched the promissory bill for the approval of the aid scheme into public debate.
