Top Lawyers and trading giants: Ţuca Zbârcea & Associates has provided legal advice to Erste Bank for the duration of talks with the representatives of SIF Banat Crisana, SIF Transilvania, SIF Muntenia and SIF Oltenia to reach an agreement to acquire a stake of 24.12%. Following discussions Erste Group Bank AG (Erste Group) has signed a preliminary agreement  with four of the five minority shareholders in the Romanian Commercial Bank (BCR) to acquire a stake of 24.12% or 2,618,286,036 shares in BCR. In parallel with this transaction Nestor Nestor Kingston Petersen Diculescu Counseling Intellectual Property (IP NNDKP) assisted Bitdefender in rebranding project initiated by the company this year.
