The Competition Council analyzes the envisaged economic concentration to be achieved through the takeover Romgreen Universal Limited (Cyprus) and some companies controlled by it by Gren Holdings Limited (Cyprus) member of Abris group, according to a press release published on Thursday, 6 July 2016.
The Ministry of Finance launches the sale of government bonds for the population
As of 11 July 2016, the Ministry of Finance will start issuing government bonds to the population marking the Fidelis Centenary, that will be due in 2018, in order to commemorate 100 years after the Great Union.
According to the press release published on 7 July 2016, the total value of the issue is 100 million RON and the nominal value will be of RON 100.

Amendment to Regulation (EU) 2016/1033 on markets in financial instruments
In the Official Journal of the European Union, series L 175/1 dated 30 June 2016, was published the Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1033 of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EU) no. 600/2014 on the Markets in Financial Instruments, Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 on market abuse and Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 on improving securities settlement in the European Union and on central securities depositories.
