In the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 986 dated 31 December 2015 was published the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 67/2015 regarding the extension of the term referred to in Art. III of Law no. 91/2015 for amending and supplementing Law no. 95/2006 on healthcare reform.

The G.E.O. extends with three months, until 31 March 2016, the deadline within which pharmaceuticals companies should separate the wholesale business form the retail one.
