Wolf Theiss has provided legal assistance to a joint venture of the US hotel management company Highgate Hotels LP and Goldman Sachs to purchase a portfolio of hotels owned by the Austrian group K & K Hotels. The transaction was completed on 1st December 2015.
With this transaction, Highgate Hotels LP along with Goldman Sachs bought four hotels in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, which belonged to the Austrian K & K Hotels.
